In the case of data or content provided by the user to the website newforyoushop.com, the user grants New For You ® the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and display such images, reviews and comments worldwide and in any media.

5. PRICES.
All products on the website newforyoushop.com are priced in Colombian pesos.
New For You® informs the user that shipping costs apply, which may vary depending on the product and delivery address specified at the time of purchase. Delivery times (business days) will be indicated in the order summary.
6. PAYMENT METHODS.
Payment processing through the website newforyoushop.com utilizes the online payment platform service provided by Mercado Pago. The personal information and data requested for payment processing are governed by Mercado Pago's terms and conditions. New For You® is not responsible for the operation, functionality, availability, and/or security provided by Mercado Pago.
7. PAYMENT REVIEW.
Payment reversal consists of the right of consumers to reverse payments made through electronic commerce mechanisms (credit card / PSE) only when the purchase was made under the following cases:
- When the client was the victim of fraud.
- When the purchase corresponds to an unsolicited transaction.
- When the product purchased by the customer is not received within 30 calendar days following the purchase.
In such cases, the customer will have five (5) business days from the date on which they became aware of the fraudulent transaction, or the unsolicited transaction, or on which they should have received the product to make the payment reversal request, which must be submitted via email to somosnfy@gmail.com.
Within the reversal request, the client must expressly state the reasons that justify their request, the cause invoked, must inform the value for which they request the reversal of the payment and must inform the payment method that was used.
A payment reversal will result in the complete cancellation of the order, and therefore New For You® will not deliver it. If the product has already been delivered or is in transit, and the customer receives it, they must return the product and inform New For You® where it can be picked up.
New For You ® will analyze the case and provide a response to the customer via email within fifteen business days following the sending of the communication.
If a reversal is warranted, the customer understands and accepts that if the payment was made by credit card, the process of reversing the money paid will depend on external financial entities such as Mercado Pago (online payment platform) and the bank that issued the card.
If the reversal is applicable and the payment was made through PSE, New For You ® will request the user's bank details to carry out the transaction within fifteen (15) business days after sending their data.
AUTHORIZATION FOR DATA PROCESSING:
By registering my personal data, I authorize Paulina Franco Ortiz, owner of the brand NEW FOR YOU, to collect, store, and use it for the purpose of contacting me through instant messaging applications (WhatsApp or similar) and social networks to offer services and commercial campaigns; offer value-added services; participate in benefits and loyalty programs; fulfill obligations arising from existing contractual relationships and legal obligations; commercial management and relationship building; inform about products and their quality; conduct market research and satisfaction surveys; and manage procedures (requests, complaints, and claims), in accordance with the personal data processing and protection policy, which establishes the principles for handling my personal data and which I can consult on the website.

1. DATA CONTROLLER.

2. OBJECTIVE.
For the purposes of the aforementioned policy, the owner of NEW FOR YOU acts as the controller of personal data by virtue of the collection carried out directly from the data subjects, for this reason, the policy has as its main objective the definition and subsequent determination of the issues related to the procedures, principles and security policies according to which the proper treatment of the personal data that is collected and processed will be guaranteed.

3. REGULATIONS.
The policy was developed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the matter, thus, this document complies with the provisions of Articles 15 and 20 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection.

4. PRINCIPLES.
The policy incorporates general principles regarding the processing of personal data, which have a broad application and encompass all its content. These principles are taken from Article 4 of Law 1581 of 2012.

5. DUTIES OF THE DATA CONTROLLER.
The owner of NEW FOR YOU will have the following duties in their capacity as data controller:

i. Guarantee the data subject the full and effective exercise of their rights in relation to their personal data.
ii. Correct the information when it is incorrect and communicate the relevant information.
iii. Inform the data subjects about the purpose of the data collection and their respective rights.
iv. Ensure that the information is truthful, complete, accurate and up-to-date.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD PARTY.
The owner of NEW FOR YOU may entrust the processing of personal data held by a third party, so that the latter may carry out communication, promotion, marketing, programs, and special projects that allow, among other things, the fulfillment of the following purpose: entering into or maintaining contractual relationships with the data subjects. i. Collection channels: The data subject may authorize the owner of NEW FOR YOU to process their personal data through different means such as: electronic documents, data messages, websites.
ii. Collection mechanisms: Personal data is collected through a virtual mechanism using technological means such as websites and social media accounts.

8. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF PERSONAL DATA.
NEW FOR YOU, acting as the data controller of personal data and transactional information related to sales, obtains clear, express, prior, informed, and uncoerced authorization from data subjects through electronic forms, data collection formats, and/or other means available or that may become available for this purpose. For this purpose, data subjects will be asked for their authorization, and they will be informed of the purpose for which their personal data will be processed. This does not apply in cases expressly authorized by law, which are regulated in Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012.

9. TREATMENTS AND PURPOSE.
The purposes for which the data will be processed are as follows:
i. Establishment of communication channels with the data subject, through email, telephone calls, sending text messages, WhatsApp, instant messaging tools, or any communication channel known or yet to be known, provided that it is authorized by the data subject.
ii. Offer services and commercial campaigns.
iii. Participate in benefits and/or loyalty programs.

10. RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS.

12. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY.
When the data subject seeks to know, access the information, or request a copy of the authorization, their request will be resolved within ten (10) business days following the date of receipt. If it is not possible to address the request within the aforementioned period, the data subject will be informed of this situation, the reasons for the delay, and the date on which the request will be resolved, which in no case will exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the initial period.

13. PROCEDURE FOR FILING A COMPLAINT.
When the data subject seeks to rectify, update, or delete any of their personal data, or revoke their authorization, their request will be resolved within fifteen (15) business days following the date of receipt. If it is not possible to address the request within the aforementioned timeframe, the data subject will be informed of this situation, the reasons for the delay, and the date on which the request will be resolved, which in no case will exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the initial timeframe.

iv. Reason(s) or fact(s) that gave rise to the claim, with a brief description of the right that you wish to exercise.
Once the terms indicated by Law 1581 of 2012 and the other regulations that govern or complement it have been met, the holder who is denied, totally or partially, the exercise of the rights of access, update, rectification, deletion and revocation may put his case in the knowledge of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce - Delegation for the Protection of Personal Data.

14. TRANSFER OF DATA BY THIRD PARTIES (NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL).
The Owner of NEW FOR YOU may transmit or transfer, partially or totally, personal data and transactional sales information to third parties in the country or abroad in order to fulfill its economic activity, for which it requests authorization from its owner and implements the necessary actions for compliance with the regulatory precepts established in Colombian national legislation, through the signing of agreements for the transfer and processing of personal data.

15. VALIDITY.
This Personal Data Processing Policy is effective from the date of its publication.
The personal data provided will be retained until its deletion is requested by the data subject and provided there is no legal obligation to retain it. Any aspect of this matter not covered in this Policy will be governed by the General Data Protection Regulation in force in the Republic of Colombia.
EXCHANGE, WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
1. CHANGE POLICY.

We want our customer to be completely satisfied with the purchase they made on our website, which is why if the customer wants to make a change (for a reason other than the warranty) they will have a maximum period of ten (10) calendar days from the moment they received the product.
We remind our client that the exchange policy is not a legal obligation that New For You ® must comply with; however, customer satisfaction is a priority for our team, so we authorize exchanges within a certain time period, provided that certain requirements are met.
To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:
- The garment has not been used.
- Have the labels and tags available.
- Not to be dirty.
- It must not have any traces of deodorants, makeup, or any chemicals that could damage the fabric.
- Do not show discoloration.
- To be in the same condition as when it was acquired.
- Promotional products will not be exchanged, except under warranty.
- Socks are non-refundable.

Procedure to carry out the change process.
The customer must request an exchange within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the product. This can be done through our WhatsApp line, our official Instagram account @newfor_you, or by email at somosnfy@gmail.com. In the request, the customer must specify the product they wish to receive in exchange.
Our team will respond within a maximum of five (5) business days, providing instructions for the exchange process and confirming the availability of the requested new product. It is important for the customer to understand that in the case of an exchange, no refund will be issued; instead, the customer will receive a credit balance to purchase another of our products.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they must send the garment to a courier service at the following address: Calle 5 Sur #32-283, addressed to Paulina Franco Ortiz. The customer understands and accepts that they will be responsible for the full cost of shipping.
Once our team reviews the garment and assesses that it meets the requirements mentioned above, we will inform the customer within the next five (5) business days that their exchange has been approved and we will proceed within our normal delivery times to send the new product.
If the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy, the exchange will not be processed and we will therefore return the product to the address where it was initially sent.
The amount paid for the product will be credited to your account; no refunds will be issued. Therefore, if you wish to exchange the product for one of lesser value, you must purchase another product along with it. If there is a difference in price, you will only be responsible for the difference.

If a customer has mistakenly received a product different from the one ordered, they can contact our team via WhatsApp, our official Instagram account @newfor_you, or email at somosnfy@gmail.com, where we will address their request. Specifically, if the wrong item was shipped, the customer will be informed that a pickup will be scheduled so that the correct product can be sent. In this case, the customer will not be charged for shipping the product.

2. LEGAL GUARANTEE POLICY.

We want the customer to receive a quality, suitable and safe product, so provided that the customer has complied with the instructions for use, care and/or washing of our products in the New For You ® category, in addition to using them properly, and any of the products in said category present problems under warranty, this policy will apply.
Procedure to carry out the warranty process.
Our products have a warranty period of thirty (30) calendar days counted from the moment the customer received the product.
To claim the warranty, the customer can contact us via WhatsApp, our official Instagram account @newfor_you, or email at somosnfy@gmail.com. In their request, the customer must describe the issue with the product. Our team will contact them within five (5) business days to explain the warranty process and how to return the product to the following address: Calle 5 Sur #32-283 in Medellín, Colombia, addressed to Paulina Franco Ortiz for evaluation.
Once the garment is received, our team will assess any damage, imperfections or defects and will inform you whether or not the warranty applies, stating the reasons for the decision, within a period of fifteen (15) business days from the time the product was received for evaluation.
If the warranty claim is valid, the possibility of repair and/or replacement will be assessed. If the product cannot be repaired under warranty, it will be replaced with the same product with the same specifications. In the case of a replacement, the customer will be notified by email that the new product will be shipped according to the standard delivery terms.
If the warranty claim is valid, the product cannot be repaired, and a replacement is unavailable, New For You® will refund the customer the full amount paid for the item under warranty. New For You® will provide the customer with the necessary information to process the refund, which will be issued within 30 business days.
In the event that the claim is denied and the warranty does not apply, we will inform you of the reasons and return the product to the customer at the address where the order was initially sent.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The right of withdrawal is the power that consumers have after making a purchase of products through non-traditional sales methods, such as websites, to withdraw or "undo" the purchase made.
The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days from the date on which the product was delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must meet the following requirements:
- The garment has not been used.
- Have the labels and tags available.
- Not to be dirty.

Our team will respond within a maximum of five (5) business days, providing instructions for the return process. You will also be informed that if you have already received the product, you must send it to the following address: Calle 5 Sur #32-283, addressed to Paulina Franco Ortiz. The customer understands and accepts that they will be responsible for the full cost of shipping.
Once our team reviews the garment and assesses that it meets the requirements mentioned above, we will inform the customer within the next five (5) business days whether the garment meets the requirements mentioned and therefore whether the right of withdrawal applies.
If a refund is due, New For You ® will inform the customer of the information needed to complete the process and will have a period of 30 business days to process the refund.
If the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy, the return will not be processed and we will therefore return the product to the address where it was initially sent.
SHIPPING POLICY
At New For You, we process and ship all orders placed through our online store within an estimated two (2) to three (3) business days, starting from the payment confirmation. Shipping is free for purchases over three hundred thousand Colombian pesos (COP $300,000). For purchases under this amount, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer and will be as follows: ten thousand Colombian pesos (COP $10,000) for deliveries within the Medellín metropolitan area and fifteen thousand Colombian pesos (COP $15,000) for shipments to other areas of the national territory covered by our partner shipping company.
Alternatively, customers have the option of picking up their order free of charge at our showroom, located in the Lemont Mall , at a time previously agreed upon with our team. In the event of delays due to circumstances beyond New For You's control (including, but not limited to, weather conditions, road closures, or issues with the shipping company), customers will be promptly informed.
